Smart Elpis - electronic registry is a product developed on SharePoint Portal Microsoft technology. The main purpose is to collect documents received in the registry and archives, as well as automatic allocation and internal delivery within every organization.

The following is enabled through the Smart Elpis - electronic registry: receipt and review of documents, registration of documents, transferring documents into electronic format, delivering documents, administrative and technical processing of documents, shipping documents, distributing documents, archiving and storing documents, simple and fast search and retrieval of requested documents.


Is in full compliance with legislation governing office and archival operations and consists of two components:

  • Client program in the registry and
  • Web data search

The Smart Elpis solution is available in two versions: Standard and Enterprise.

Smart Elpis Standard based on Microsoft Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 technology and Smart Elpis Enterprise based on Office SharePoint Server 2007.
