As part of process of digital transformation, conducted with consulting and operational services at large number of clients, we have perceived changes within the processes that we can digitalize with our expertise, so we decided to focus our activities to production sector, to be specific, the textile manufacturing. We have developed an application which is focused on the collection and processing data (arrivals, competencies and speed) of employees. Based on the collected data, system calculates the most efficient consumption of resources and the allocation of working assignments. The application has information about list of activities that each employee is capable to perform and it measures the exact time with stopwatch for each activity of employee. Based on all information, the application suggests optimal human resources distribution, which directly impacts on production process and improves organization of production. The application has admin panel which is used to affects the authorization and assignment of user privileges. Focus of mobile application is collecting operator's performance data. Build a quick and user-friendly system that will help company management to improve skills for operators and accelerate business process. There is also training and skill matrix solutions which help operators accelerate and improve execution of tasks and learn them to perform new tasks. Mobile application is adapted for IOS, Android and Windows platform.

With necessity to increase efficiency we created system that have main goal to improve production process for managing with supplies, machines and spare parts. For main benefit we can mention lowers costs and reducing lead times which utilize the increased capacity. Web applications represent the system which monitors location of machines and attachments that are deployed on the machines. It also serves to monitor the quantity of spare parts in the warehouse, their status, their storage and putting them into production. Application keep track attachments and their utilizing. At any time system records the consumption of spare parts and their disposal to repair. Application also performs procurement system, monitoring of orders for machines and spare parts. Mobile application allows you to search all machines and spare parts, quickly and easily using mobile or tablet devices. With this application, mehanics have possibility to keep track with daily tasks that they need to perform for every machine with the checklist. Mobile application also contain native bar code scanner for easier search all attachments, machines and locations. Mobile application is adapted for IOS, Android and Windows platform.

Managing the material chain as a whole is essential to find sustainable answers to the waste issue. Waste management focuses mainly on the end of life phase, the phase where material becomes waste. CMM – present application for using and reusing materials more productively over their entire production cycles. To ensure that we focus on 3 main goals:

  • Reduce waste of material and reusing the existing pieces..
  • Control material disposal.

This handy mobile application assists employees in maintaining better control over material requisitions.
